Miranda & Josh invited their closest family and friends to attend their intimate, Brown Family Homestead wedding, just outside of Leavenworth, WA.

This is the first time I have had the opportunity to photograph a wedding at Brown Family Homestead. I have seen photographs of the location from other photographers, so I was already beyond excited before I even showed up. Brown Family Homestead is by far one of the most beautiful wedding venues around, and not just in the PNW.

The last time I photographed Miranda and Josh, it was an extreme blizzard. It was cold, windy and snow up to our knees. Weather on their wedding day was much different. The sun was shining, and it felt like a fall afternoon in the middle of August.

Up the hill, behind the venue is where the guest would gather for their ceremony. With the rolling green hills in the background of the ceremony, Miranda & Josh read their vows to on another.

Following the ceremony and while guests enjoyed cocktail hour, the three of us spent time capturing some incredible images around the property that Brown Family Homestead offers.

Delicious craft pizza was eaten, heartfelt toasts were made and dancing capped off an unforgettable day. Having a small intimate wedding was by far the best decision these two could have made.
